DEUCE Season 1 Rewards — Terms and Conditions

Overview
DEUCE is offering the following rewards to eligible participants of Season 1 of the DEUCE KL/Selangor Tennis League, taking place from 31 July 2026 to 27 September 2026 ("Season 1"):
Division Winner Prize — awarded to the player who finishes first in each eligible Season 1 singles division. Prize includes a RM50 Raketto Voucher, a DEUCE Winner Pack and free entry to the next KL/Selangor Tennis League season.
RM1,000 Racket Completion Draw — one racket with an approximate retail value of RM1,000, awarded by random draw to one qualifying player who completes at least six matches during Season 1.
RM500 Racket Bag Award — one racket bag with an approximate retail value of RM500, awarded to the single eligible player who completes the most matches during Season 1.
These rewards are administered by DEUCE LEAGUE SDN. BHD. ("DEUCE"). By participating in Season 1, players agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Eligibility
1.1 To be eligible for any reward under these Terms and Conditions, a player must have successfully completed their registration for Season 1 of the DEUCE KL/Selangor Tennis League and remained a registered participant in good standing for the duration of the season.
1.2 A player who is withdrawn, suspended or disqualified from Season 1 for any reason — including a breach of the DEUCE League Rules or Terms of Service — is not eligible for any reward, regardless of their standings or match count at the time of withdrawal, suspension or disqualification.
1.3 A player whose Season 1 registration is cancelled, refunded, reversed or determined to be fraudulent or invalid is not eligible for any reward.
1.4 DEUCE staff, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible for the Racket Completion Draw or the Racket Bag Award. They remain eligible for the Division Winner Prize if they are registered participants in the league.
2. Completed Matches
2.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a "Completed Match" means a match between two eligible players (or teams, where applicable) that is played on court during Season 1 and for which a valid match result has been submitted and confirmed in the DEUCE app in accordance with the DEUCE League Rules.
2.2 The following do not count as a Completed Match:
A walkover, whether received or given.
A match where the result has not been confirmed or is under dispute at the time of determination.
A match played after the final day of Season 1.
A match result that has been reversed, deleted or invalidated by DEUCE.
A match determined by DEUCE to have been fabricated, manipulated or not genuinely played.
2.3 A match in which a player retires during play (e.g., due to injury) counts as a Completed Match for both players, provided a valid result is submitted and confirmed.
2.4 DEUCE's records within the DEUCE app will be the sole and definitive source for determining the number of Completed Matches for each player.
3. Division Winner Prize
3.1 The player who officially finishes first in each eligible Season 1 singles division ("Division Winner") will receive the following:
A RM50 Raketto Voucher, subject to the separate Raketto x DEUCE Season 1 Promotion Terms and Conditions.
A DEUCE Winner Pack. The contents of the DEUCE Winner Pack will be announced by DEUCE during or after Season 1.
Free entry to the next available season of the DEUCE KL/Selangor Tennis League ("Season 2 Entry").
3.2 Division Winners will be determined by DEUCE based on the final Season 1 standings and the applicable DEUCE League Rules, after the resolution of any outstanding score confirmations, disputes, corrections, disqualifications, disciplinary matters or other issues that may affect the final standings.
3.3 DEUCE's final published Season 1 standings will be conclusive for the purposes of determining Division Winners.
Season 2 Entry
3.4 The Season 2 Entry is a full waiver of the registration fee for one league in the next available season of the DEUCE KL/Selangor Tennis League.
3.5 The Season 2 Entry:
Is valid for the next available season of the DEUCE KL/Selangor Tennis League only.
Must be used by the Division Winner personally and is non-transferable.
Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit.
Cannot be carried forward to a later season if not used for the next available season.
Will be forfeited and will expire without compensation if the Division Winner chooses not to register for the next available season or if the next season does not launch.
3.6 DEUCE will communicate the registration process and deadline for claiming the Season 2 Entry directly to each eligible Division Winner.
DEUCE Winner Pack
3.7 The DEUCE Winner Pack is a physical prize pack. The specific contents will be determined and announced by DEUCE at its discretion.
3.8 The DEUCE Winner Pack is provided as-is and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative items.
3.9 Collection or delivery arrangements for the DEUCE Winner Pack will be communicated by DEUCE to each Division Winner after the final standings are confirmed.
4. RM1,000 Racket Completion Draw
Eligibility
4.1 To qualify for the Racket Completion Draw, a player must complete at least six (6) Completed Matches during Season 1, as defined in Section 2.
4.2 Each qualifying player will receive one (1) entry into the draw, regardless of how many Completed Matches beyond six they have played.
4.3 Qualification is determined after the final day of Season 1, once all match results have been confirmed and any outstanding disputes or corrections have been resolved.
The Draw
4.4 The draw will be conducted by DEUCE by random selection from all qualifying players.
4.5 The draw will take place after the final Season 1 standings and match records have been confirmed by DEUCE. The specific date will be communicated through the DEUCE app, the DEUCE website or DEUCE social media channels.
4.6 The winner will be announced through the DEUCE app, the DEUCE website or DEUCE social media channels.
4.7 DEUCE will contact the winner using the contact details associated with their DEUCE account. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of being notified. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, DEUCE reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
The Prize
4.8 The prize is one (1) racket. The specific racket model and brand will be announced by DEUCE. The prize has an approximate retail value of RM1,000.
4.9 The prize:
Is for one winner only across the entire Season 1 league.
Is non-transferable.
Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or an alternative item, unless DEUCE determines at its sole discretion that a substitution of equal or greater approximate value is necessary due to stock availability or other operational reasons.
4.10 Collection or delivery arrangements for the prize will be communicated by DEUCE to the winner after confirmation of acceptance.
5. RM500 Racket Bag Award
Eligibility
5.1 The Racket Bag Award will be given to the single eligible player who completes the highest number of Completed Matches during Season 1, as defined in Section 2.
5.2 Eligibility is determined after the final day of Season 1, once all match results have been confirmed and any outstanding disputes or corrections have been resolved.
Tiebreaker
5.3 If two or more players are tied on the highest number of Completed Matches, the winner will be determined by a random draw conducted by DEUCE from among the tied players.
5.4 The tiebreaker draw will follow the same process described in Section 4.4 to 4.7.
The Prize
5.5 The prize is one (1) racket bag. The specific model and brand will be announced by DEUCE. The prize has an approximate retail value of RM500.
5.6 The prize:
Is for one winner only across the entire Season 1 league.
Is non-transferable.
Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or an alternative item, unless DEUCE determines at its sole discretion that a substitution of equal or greater approximate value is necessary due to stock availability or other operational reasons.
5.7 Collection or delivery arrangements for the prize will be communicated by DEUCE to the winner after confirmation of acceptance.
6. Fraud and Misuse
6.1 DEUCE reserves the right to disqualify any player from any or all rewards where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has:
Fabricated, manipulated or colluded to produce match results.
Created duplicate or false accounts to increase their eligibility.
Acted contrary to the DEUCE League Rules, Terms of Service or these Terms and Conditions.
Engaged in any conduct that DEUCE reasonably determines undermines the integrity of the league or the rewards.
6.2 DEUCE's decision on all matters relating to eligibility, disqualification and the award of prizes is final.
7. Liability
7.1 DEUCE is responsible for the administration of the rewards described in these Terms and Conditions and for the fulfilment of the DEUCE Winner Pack, Season 2 Entry, Racket Completion Draw and Racket Bag Award.
7.2 The RM50 Raketto Voucher included in the Division Winner Prize is provided and fulfilled by Raketto, subject to the separate Raketto x DEUCE Season 1 Promotion Terms and Conditions. DEUCE is not responsible for the redemption, fulfilment or quality of that voucher.
7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEUCE is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any player in connection with the rewards or their participation in Season 1.
7.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.
8. Personal Data
8.1 Personal data collected in connection with these rewards will be processed by DEUCE in accordance with DEUCE's applicable privacy policy.
8.2 Winner names and, where applicable, photographs may be published by DEUCE for the purposes of announcing the results through the DEUCE app, website and social media channels. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to this publication. If a winner does not wish their photograph to be published, they may notify DEUCE and the announcement will be limited to their name.
9. Amendments and Cancellation
9.1 DEUCE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, technical or operational reasons.
9.2 Any material amendment will be communicated through the DEUCE app, the DEUCE website or another appropriate communication channel.
9.3 If Season 1 is postponed, shortened or cancelled, DEUCE may at its discretion adjust the eligibility thresholds, timelines or prizes. Any changes will be communicated to players.
9.4 DEUCE reserves the right to cancel any reward if, in its reasonable opinion, the integrity of the reward has been compromised or continuation is not feasible.
10. General
10.1 These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to the DEUCE Season 1 Rewards described herein and should be read alongside the DEUCE League Rules and DEUCE Terms of Service.
10.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any abbreviated promotional copy, advertisement, social-media post or announcement, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
10.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
10.4 DEUCE's decision on all matters relating to the rewards, eligibility, qualification and prize fulfilment is final and binding.
10.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
