How to Claim the Season 1 Benefits
After completing Season 1 registration, eligible players will receive their referral code and redemption instructions separately from DEUCE.
Players must create an account on the Vsmash app and enter the referral code during account registration. The applicable vouchers and benefits will then be credited or made available through the player's Vsmash account.
A Vsmash account is required to receive and redeem the Player Welcome Voucher and Stringing Bundle.
The RM18 promotional stringing rate does not require a voucher. Eligible users only need to show their active DEUCE app profile at Raketto.
The benefits are subject to the applicable eligibility requirements, redemption periods and full Terms and Conditions below.
All in-store benefits are redeemable at the participating Raketto outlets listed in Section 7.8 of these Terms and Conditions.
Full Terms and Conditions
Raketto is the Official Retail & Stringing Partner of the DEUCE KL/Selangor Tennis League, Season 1, taking place from 31 July 2026 to 27 September 2026 ("Season 1").
This promotion is administered by DEUCE LEAGUE SDN. BHD. ("DEUCE").
The vouchers, products and stringing services described in these Terms and Conditions are provided and fulfilled by HIEDE SPORTS SDN. BHD., operating the Raketto by Vsmash brands ("Raketto").
By claiming or redeeming a voucher or benefit under this promotion, the player agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The benefits described in Sections 2 and 4 are available to players who have successfully completed their registration for Season 1 of the DEUCE KL/Selangor Tennis League ("Registered Players").
1.2 A player whose Season 1 registration is cancelled, refunded, reversed or determined to be fraudulent or invalid may no longer be eligible for the benefits under this promotion.
1.3 The Division Winner Voucher described in Section 3 is available only to a player officially declared by DEUCE as the winner of an eligible Season 1 singles division ("Division Winner").
1.4 The discounted stringing rate described in Section 5 is available to registered DEUCE app users and Vsmash app users, subject to the applicable verification requirements.
1.5 Creating multiple accounts or submitting multiple registrations does not entitle a player to additional vouchers or benefits unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Player Welcome Voucher — RM20 Off
2.1 Each eligible Registered Player may receive one voucher providing RM20 off a minimum spend of RM50 at Raketto ("Player Welcome Voucher").
2.2 A maximum of 500 Player Welcome Vouchers are available across all Registered Players.
2.3 The Player Welcome Vouchers will be allocated on a first-registered, first-served basis, determined by the date and time at which the player successfully completes their Season 1 registration with DEUCE.
2.4 Eligible Registered Players will receive their Vsmash referral code and redemption instructions separately from DEUCE through their registered contact details or another appropriate DEUCE communication channel.
2.5 To receive the Player Welcome Voucher, the Registered Player must:
Download or access the Vsmash app.
Create a Vsmash account using their own details.
Enter the referral code provided by DEUCE during the Vsmash account-registration process.
Complete any verification steps required by Vsmash.
2.6 Upon successful creation of the Vsmash account and acceptance of the referral code, the Player Welcome Voucher will be credited to the player's Vsmash account.
2.7 Eligibility for the Player Welcome Voucher is determined by the order of completed Season 1 registrations with DEUCE and not by the date or time on which the player subsequently creates their Vsmash account, subject to the maximum allocation of 500 vouchers.
2.8 The Player Welcome Voucher:
Is limited to one voucher per player.
May be used once only.
Is non-transferable.
Must not be sold or exchanged.
Is not exchangeable for cash or store credit.
Cannot be replaced if deleted, misused or redeemed by another person as a result of the player sharing their account or login details.
2.9 The RM50 minimum spend must be met in a single transaction before the RM20 discount is applied.
2.10 The Player Welcome Voucher is redeemable at participating Raketto stores and, where Raketto makes online redemption available, through the Vsmash online store.
2.11 The Player Welcome Voucher is valid from the date it is credited to the player's Vsmash account until 11 October 2026, being fourteen days after the final day of Season 1.
2.12 Any Player Welcome Voucher not redeemed by 11 October 2026 will automatically expire. No extension, replacement, cash payment or store credit will be provided for an expired voucher, except at Raketto's discretion.
3. Division Winner Voucher — RM50
3.1 The player who officially finishes first in each eligible Season 1 singles division will receive one voucher worth RM50 with no minimum spend ("Division Winner Voucher").
3.2 Division Winners will be determined by DEUCE based on the final Season 1 standings and the applicable DEUCE league rules, after the resolution of any:
Outstanding score confirmation.
Score dispute or correction.
Disqualification.
Disciplinary matter.
Other issue that may affect the final standings.
3.3 DEUCE's final published Season 1 standings will determine eligibility for the Division Winner Voucher.
3.4 After the final Division Winners have been confirmed, the Division Winner Voucher will be credited or otherwise made available through the eligible winner's Vsmash account.
3.5 A Division Winner may be required to create or maintain an active Vsmash account and complete any reasonable verification requirements before the voucher can be issued.
3.6 Each Division Winner Voucher:
May be used once only.
Is non-transferable.
Must not be sold or exchanged.
Is not exchangeable for cash or store credit.
3.7 Where the total value of the transaction is less than RM50, any unused portion of the Division Winner Voucher will be forfeited. No balance, change, cash payment, replacement voucher or store credit will be provided.
3.8 The Division Winner Voucher is redeemable at participating Raketto stores and, where Raketto makes online redemption available, through the Vsmash online store.
3.9 The Division Winner Voucher is valid from the date it is issued until 26 November 2026, being sixty days after the final day of Season 1.
3.10 Any Division Winner Voucher not redeemed by 26 November 2026 will automatically expire. No extension, replacement, cash payment or store credit will be provided for an expired voucher, except at Raketto's discretion.
4. Player Stringing Bundle
4.1 Each eligible Registered Player is entitled to receive one Raketto stringing bundle ("Stringing Bundle") comprising:
Free stringing labour.
One overgrip.
One Vsmash-branded water bottle.
4.2 The Stringing Bundle will be credited or otherwise made available through the Registered Player's Vsmash account after the player successfully creates their Vsmash account using the referral code provided by DEUCE.
4.3 To redeem the Stringing Bundle, the Registered Player must purchase an eligible racquet string from a Raketto store at the time of redemption.
4.4 The cost of the string is not included in the Stringing Bundle and must be paid by the player.
4.5 The free stringing labour applies to the installation of the string purchased from Raketto as part of the same redemption transaction.
4.6 The Stringing Bundle does not include the cost of:
The string.
Racquet repairs.
Replacement grommets.
Racquet customisation.
Additional grips or accessories.
Any other product or service not expressly included in Section 4.1.
4.7 The Stringing Bundle:
Is limited to one redemption per Registered Player.
May be used once only.
Is non-transferable.
Must not be sold or exchanged.
Is not exchangeable for cash, store credit or other products.
4.8 The overgrip and Vsmash-branded water bottle are subject to stock availability. Where an item is temporarily unavailable, the player may be required to collect the item at a later date or accept an alternative arrangement offered by Raketto.
4.9 The Stringing Bundle is valid from the date it is credited to the player's Vsmash account until 27 September 2026, being the final day of Season 1.
4.10 Any Stringing Bundle not redeemed by 27 September 2026 will automatically expire. No extension, replacement, cash payment or store credit will be provided for an expired benefit, except at Raketto's discretion.
5. DEUCE Player Stringing Rate
5.1 Registered DEUCE app users and Vsmash app users may access stringing labour at a promotional flat rate of RM18 per visit when bringing their own string to a participating Raketto store.
5.2 The RM18 promotional rate applies to stringing labour only. The user is responsible for supplying the string to be installed.
5.3 The RM18 promotional rate does not include:
The cost of any string.
Racquet repairs.
Replacement grommets.
Racquet customisation.
Urgent or expedited service.
Any additional product or service.
5.4 The user must present an active and verifiable app profile at the point of service. Raketto may require the user to present their DEUCE profile or other information reasonably required to verify eligibility.
5.5 The RM18 promotional rate may be used more than once during the applicable promotional period, subject to Raketto's operating hours and reasonable stringing-service capacity.
5.6 The RM18 promotional rate is available throughout the promotion term and ends on 27 September 2026.
5.7 The RM18 promotional rate cannot be combined with another stringing-labour promotion, discount or voucher unless Raketto expressly permits otherwise.
6. Referral Code and Vsmash Account Registration
6.1 Upon completing an eligible Season 1 registration, the player's applicable Raketto benefits will be reserved, subject to the eligibility requirements and voucher limits stated in these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 DEUCE will distribute the Vsmash referral code and redemption instructions separately to eligible Registered Players through their registered contact details or another appropriate DEUCE communication channel.
6.3 After receiving the referral code, the player must create a Vsmash account and enter the referral code during the account-registration process in accordance with the instructions provided.
6.4 Once the Vsmash account has been successfully created and the referral code has been accepted, the applicable Player Welcome Voucher and Stringing Bundle will be credited or otherwise made available through the player's Vsmash account.
6.5 A referral code:
Is intended only for eligible Registered Players.
Must not be published, sold or distributed to the public.
Does not itself have any cash value.
Does not itself constitute a voucher.
Does not guarantee a benefit unless the player satisfies the applicable eligibility requirements and the referral code is successfully accepted by Vsmash.
6.6 Players are responsible for:
Entering the correct referral code.
Providing accurate and complete information when creating their Vsmash account.
Ensuring that they create only one Vsmash account for the purposes of this promotion.
Maintaining access to and the security of their Vsmash account.
Checking that the applicable vouchers and benefits have been credited to their account.
Redeeming each voucher or benefit before its stated expiry date.
6.7 The referral code must be entered during the Vsmash account-registration process. If a player creates a Vsmash account without entering the referral code as instructed, the applicable vouchers and benefits may not be automatically credited. Any subsequent activation or correction will be subject to Vsmash's verification requirements and technical capabilities.
6.8 Vsmash is responsible for:
The technical acceptance and activation of the referral code.
Crediting and displaying the applicable vouchers and benefits in the Vsmash app.
Enforcing the applicable redemption and single-use restrictions.
Honouring the vouchers and benefits in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6.9 DEUCE is responsible for:
Determining eligibility for the Season 1 player benefits.
Determining the final Division Winners.
Accurately distributing the referral code and redemption instructions to eligible Registered Players.
7. Redemption Conditions
7.1 Players may be required to present:
The applicable voucher or benefit within their Vsmash account.
Their DEUCE app profile.
Their Vsmash app profile.
Any additional information reasonably required to verify their identity and eligibility.
7.2 Screenshots, copied vouchers, duplicated codes or vouchers displayed through another person's account may be rejected.
7.3 Unless Raketto expressly states otherwise, a voucher or benefit under this promotion cannot be:
Combined with another Raketto promotion, voucher, discount or promotional code.
Applied retrospectively to a completed purchase or service.
Divided across multiple transactions.
Redeemed after its stated expiry date.
7.4 Each voucher or benefit may only be used for eligible products or services sold or provided directly by Raketto.
7.5 Raketto may apply reasonable product, service or transaction exclusions, provided that the applicable exclusions are disclosed to the player before redemption.
7.6 Redemption at Raketto stores is subject to:
Store opening hours.
Stringing-service availability.
Reasonable service capacity.
Applicable appointment or collection arrangements.
Availability of the relevant physical promotional items.
7.7 Neither DEUCE nor Raketto is responsible for a player's inability to redeem a voucher or benefit resulting from:
Failure to create a Vsmash account correctly.
Failure to enter the referral code as instructed.
Inaccurate account information supplied by the player.
Loss of access to the player's account.
Sharing of account or login details.
Failure to redeem before the applicable expiry date.
Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7.8 The following Raketto outlets are participating stores for the purposes of this promotion:
Raketto by Vsmash — The Hood: 41, Jalan Rahmat, Off Jalan Ipoh, 50350 Kuala Lumpur.
Raketto by Vsmash — Kuchai Lama: No. 23, Jalan Kuchai Maju 18, Dinasti Sentral, Off Jalan Kuchai Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur.
Vouchers and benefits are redeemable at the participating outlets listed above only. Raketto may add participating outlets during the promotion. Any additions will be communicated through the DEUCE app, the DEUCE website or another appropriate channel.
8. Fraud, Misuse and Ineligible Accounts
8.1 DEUCE and Raketto may reject, suspend or cancel a referral code, voucher or benefit where there are reasonable grounds to believe that it has been:
Obtained through fraud, misrepresentation or error.
Obtained using a duplicate or false account.
Transferred, sold or publicly distributed.
Manipulated, copied or reproduced without authorisation.
Used contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
Credited to a player who is not eligible for the relevant benefit.
8.2 Where a Season 1 registration is cancelled, refunded, reversed or determined to be invalid, any unredeemed voucher or benefit issued in connection with that registration may be cancelled.
8.3 DEUCE and Raketto may request reasonable information from a player to investigate suspected misuse or verify eligibility.
9. Responsibilities and Liability
9.1 Raketto is responsible for the fulfilment, honouring and quality of the vouchers, products and stringing services that it provides under this promotion.
9.2 DEUCE's responsibilities are limited to:
Determining player eligibility.
Confirming Division Winners.
Distributing the referral code and redemption instructions to eligible players.
9.3 Questions or complaints relating to the following should be directed to Raketto or Vsmash through their applicable customer-support channel:
Referral-code activation.
The Vsmash app.
The display or use of a voucher.
Redemption at a Raketto store.
Raketto products.
Stringing services.
9.4 Questions relating to Season 1 registration or Division Winner eligibility should be directed to DEUCE through its applicable customer-support channel.
9.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEUCE is not responsible for any issue arising from the technical activation, availability, redemption, fulfilment or quality of a product or service provided by Raketto or through the Vsmash app.
9.6 Neither DEUCE nor Raketto will be responsible for any delay or failure to perform an obligation under this promotion where the delay or failure is caused by an event beyond that party's reasonable control.
9.7 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.
10. Personal Data
10.1 Personal data supplied when registering for Season 1 will be collected and processed by DEUCE in accordance with DEUCE's applicable privacy policy.
10.2 Personal data supplied when creating or using a Vsmash account will be collected and processed by Hiede Sports Sdn. Bhd. in accordance with the applicable Vsmash privacy notice and account terms.
10.3 DEUCE and Raketto will not share a player's personal data with each other in connection with this promotion without the player's consent, except where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
10.4 Each party is independently responsible for the personal data it collects, controls and processes.
11. Amendments, Postponement and Cancellation
11.1 DEUCE and Raketto reserve the right to jointly amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, technical or operational reasons.
11.2 Any material amendment will be communicated through the DEUCE app, the DEUCE website or another appropriate communication channel.
11.3 An amendment will not materially reduce a voucher or benefit that has already been validly earned and credited to a player, except where:
Required by law.
The voucher or benefit was issued as a result of an error.
The player was not eligible for the voucher or benefit.
Fraud, misuse or a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.
11.4 If Season 1 is postponed or the final day of Season 1 changes, the applicable voucher and benefit validity periods may be adjusted. Any revised expiry dates will be communicated through the DEUCE app, the DEUCE website or another appropriate channel.
11.5 Vouchers already validly issued to players will continue to be honoured until their applicable expiry dates if the partnership between DEUCE and Raketto ends early, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
12. General
12.1 These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to this promotion. Separate terms and privacy notices may apply to the use of the DEUCE app, Vsmash app, Raketto stores and Vsmash online store.
12.2 If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any abbreviated promotional copy, advertisement, social-media post or announcement, these Terms and Conditions will prevail in relation to the promotion.
12.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12.4 A failure or delay by DEUCE or Raketto to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates a legal partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between DEUCE and Raketto.
12.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
